Accounts Payable:
We receive all invoices for the facility, reconcile vendor statements, compare against purchase orders and packing slips. We then pay all the bills for the facility, taking advantage of term discounts when able.

Accounts Receivable:
We have the ability to set up a program with local hotels to allow for customer billing.

Sales and Other Taxes:
We will collect all state and local taxes and remit for payment. We manage the payment of real estate, personal property, and other taxes for the facility.

Cash Controls:
We will set up audit programs that will ensure the safeguarding of assets, instituting strict cash controls to ensure all activity at the facility is captured and accounted for properly.

Payroll Processing:
We will handle the processing of all payroll checks, tax filing and W-2 preparation.

Monthly Financial Statements:
We will produce monthly financial statements that monitor monthly and YTD activity against the approved budget. Our financial statements are very detailed and evaluate each department as a separate schedule.

Annual Budgeting:
Our annual budget process addresses every line item in the budget. We plan for revenue and operating expenses by department, staffing levels, capital improvements, debt service and tax payments.

Cash Reconciliation:
We will perform bank reconciliation each month to ensure all cash deposits, credit card charges and checks are accounted for properly.

Leases, Permits and Licenses:
We will maintain a master lease schedule for each facility that tracks all leased equipment payments and contracts. All required licenses and permits are secured and updated to allow for proper operation of the facility.

Insurance Coverage:
We will provide the property and casualty insurance needs of the facility and maintain appropriate coverage.
